APPOINTMENTS

Dr. Fabrizio is only doing consultative work for Behavioral/Developmental Pediatrics. 

Please notify the receptionist of any change in address, telephone numbers, or insurance. 

Parents should also provide us with a work telephone number.  

We use Electronic Health Records, (EHR), that may require you to answer questions that were not required in the past. We appreciate your co-operation.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify the office as soon as possible. A fee of $25.00 will be be charged for appointments missed or not canceled within one hour of your scheduled appointment time.

Visits for consultations are scheduled by appointment only.  (Please specify that you want a consultation appointment when calling.)
