Michael A. Fabrizio M.D. is a graduate of Amherst College, Amherst, MA and the Royal College of Surgeons, Dublin Ireland. He is Board Certified in General and Adolescent Pediatrics, and Behavioral and Developmental Pediatrics. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and  a member of the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy ,  the Massachusetts Medical Society, and on the active staff at Berkshire Medical Center. He is  a Clinical Instructor on the teaching faculty at U-Mass Medical School and Albany Medical College, and has been appointed Clinical Instructor in Health Science at the Bouve College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University, and Clinical Associate Professor for Massachusetts College of Pharmacy Physician Assistant program. He is a Developmental Consultant at the  Developmental Pediatrics program in Latham, NY. He is the only Board Certified Behavioral/Developmental Pediatrician in Western Massachusetts. Dr. Fabrizio's passion is his practice and the health of every child he cares for.

Dr. Fabrizio is  a master martial arts instructor, and holds a 6th degree Black Belt ranking in Okinawan Uechi Ryu Karate.  He practices Tai Chi everyday. He loves art and music, and tries to find time to play his guitar, piano and banjo, as well as paint. He is married to Kathleen and has two children Michael J and Mia.

Julie T. Brown, MSN, RN, CPNP

Julie Brown, CPNP is a graduate of Smith College in Northampton, MA and Columbia University School of Nursing in New York, NY.  She is  certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.  She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and La Leche League International.

Julie has special interest and experience working in developmental pediatrics and caring for children with ADD/ADHD and autism spectrum disorders.  She is passionate about the health and well being of her patients and especially enjoys the teaching aspect of pediatric primary care.  

Julie and her husband grew up in Pittsfield.  They recently moved their family from Colorado Springs, Colorado where she practiced as a pediatric nurse practitioner in private practice and in a hospital based urgent care for 6 years.  She enjoys cooking & baking, hiking with her husband and two boys, and training for triathlons.
